01 30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you're not happy with your mug, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund. No arguing, no hoops.
02 Damaged or misprinted? On us.
Ceramic travels a long way. If your order arrives broken, flawed, or printed wrong, send us a photo and we'll ship a free replacement right away, and you won't pay a cent, and you can keep or recycle the original.
03 How to start a return
Email hello@praisecross.com with your order number and a quick note (a photo helps for damage). A real person replies, usually within one business day.
04 Refund timing
Once your return is approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We'll email you the moment it's sent.
05 A few honest notes
Because each mug is made to order, we can't accept returns simply for change of mind once an item ships. But the guarantee above covers any issue with the product itself.
Sale or discounted items are covered by the same damage/misprint promise.

Praise Cross ("we," "us," "our") sells faith-based ceramic mugs and related items, made to order through our manufacturer. You can reach us any time at hello@praisecross.com.
02 Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and include free standard shipping unless stated otherwise. Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud.
03 Made to order & shipping
Each item is made to order by our manufacturer, then shipped to you. Typical production is a few business days, followed by carrier transit. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
04 Returns & refunds
Our returns and refund terms are described on our Refund & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms.
05 Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, graphics, logos, text, and the Praise Cross name are owned by us or used under license, and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without written permission. Scripture is quoted from the public-domain King James Version. The products you buy are for personal use and are not licensed for resale.
06 Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for any misuse.
07 Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except those required by law and the satisfaction guarantee we offer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
08 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
09 Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here is the current one, and continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026. We keep this simple: we never sell your information, we do not store your payment details, and the only partners who ever handle your details are our manufacturer (to make and ship your order) and Stripe (to take payment).
01 What we collect
To make and ship your order we need your name, email, shipping address, and order details. If you message us, we keep that conversation so we can help you.
Your payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, and we do not store your payment information ourselves.
02 How we use it
Only to make and ship your order, send you order and shipping updates, and reply to your messages. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not run an email marketing list.
03 Who we share it with
Only two partners, and only with what they need: our manufacturer, so they can make and ship your mug, and Stripe, so your payment is processed securely. That is it. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else.
04 Data retention & security
We keep order information for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal or tax requirements, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, though no method of transmission is 100% secure.
05 Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by emailing hello@praisecross.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, California, or Canada), you may have additional rights, and we honor them.
06 Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
07 Cookies & browser storage
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics that follow you around the web. To make shopping easier, your cart is saved only in your own browser (local storage) on your device. That information stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it anytime through your browser.

Shipping

01 Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are not shipping to other countries yet, but we hope to open up more regions soon.
02 Free shipping
Every order includes free standard shipping. The price you see is the price you pay, with no surprise shipping fees at checkout.
03 Processing & delivery times
Each mug is made to order by our manufacturer. Production usually takes a few business days, followed by carrier transit. Most orders arrive within about 1 to 2 weeks total, though this can vary. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
04 Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
05 Correct address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reach out to arrange a re-ship (a re-ship fee may apply).
06 Delays, damage & lost parcels
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will make it right under our Refund & Returns policy.
